Role Overview
Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 5 years of experience to provide comprehensive respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. The role involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assessing patient needs, and applying advanced clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered respiratory treatments while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams through documentation and collaboration.
- Educate patients, families, and team members on respiratory procedures and care.
- Perform advanced procedures such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep studies as needed.
- Maintain ongoing professional development and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS).
- Ability to independently apply clinical knowledge and troubleshoot respiratory issues.
- Strong communication, teaching, and time management skills.
