Role Overview:
This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a patient-centered environment, working 1:1 with diverse patients. It offers mentorship opportunities within a collaborative rehab team and a supportive setting to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels, ensuring quality interventions.
- Complete accurate documentation in line with departmental policies.
- Conduct assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s preferred.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience is not required; supervisory experience is not necessary.
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.
