Role Overview:
Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a newly established ICU department. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within established standards.
Key responsibilities include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on post-treatment needs, ensuring safety and quality compliance, developing individualized care plans, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
Candidates must have a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree with RN licensure. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of ICU experience. Experience working independently and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment are essential.
