Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care in specialized units, including ICUs and ER, with a focus on pediatric patients. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates families on managing illnesses, and participates in safety, quality, and compliance activities. Qualifications & Skills
- RN license required; nursing diploma or associate’s degree, with a preference for bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
Key Duties
