Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a cardiothoracic/cardiology setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing care standards.
- Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input from patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for higher roles.
