Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care activities such as assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, alongside ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Required Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
