Position Overview: This role supports outpatient clinical operations as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing patient-centered care in a supportive ambulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers by obtaining patient history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Support diagnostic procedures, collect and prepare laboratory specimens, and document clinical data accurately.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing under provider supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized examination environment, ensuring asepsis and readiness of instruments.
- Facilitate effective communication with patients and providers, responding to inquiries and ensuring timely care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Ability to provide care for patients within specific age ranges.
- Strong clinical support skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
