We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to join a collaborative team in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing assessments in accordance with scope of practice and standards.
- Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Providing direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contributing to safety, quality improvement, and unit goals through active participation.
The role involves working in a clinical setting with rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and requires the ability to float between multiple hospital locations.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program.
