Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and promote patient and family education to ensure optimal care and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate actively in unit-based decision-making.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, advocate for patient needs, participate in safety and quality programs, and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on high reliability and excellent care standards.
