Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

They contribute data to assessments, support discharge planning, reinforce patient and family education, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered interactions, promotes safety, and coordinates care effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Duties: promote adaptive responses, coordinate staff interactions, support performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Work typically involves a clinical environment with responsibilities during shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
