Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating care activities, and contributing to assessments, planning, and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Assess patient needs and contribute data to care plans within scope of practice.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Reinforce education, discharge planning, and family support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate patient progress.
- Participate in decision-making, mentor new staff, and support team members.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in a clinical environment preferred.
