Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to meet individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conduct assessments; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develop and execute care plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; delegate tasks; troubleshoot equipment; participate in evidence-based practice initiatives; and contribute to quality and safety programs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; possess current nursing licensure; demonstrate compassionate care and effective teamwork; and support organizational safety and quality standards.
