Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions according to patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to coordinate care.
- Participate in decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and communicate effectively.
- Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and teamwork.
- Experience with acute and complex medical conditions is advantageous.
