Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with unit standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Provide direct care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote evidence-based practice.
- Engage in team activities to meet organizational goals and enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licensure eligibility to work as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
Additional Details: Work hours include 7p-7:30a with every other weekend and holiday shifts. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and continuous learning within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
