Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrate strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
