Role Overview: Provides comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and implements individualized care plans with patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjusts care accordingly.
- Collaborates proactively with physicians and team members to meet patient needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills:
