Role Overview: An Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. They assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop care plans aligned with unit standards.
- Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and advocate for patient needs.
- Monitor and revise care plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient issues proactively.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure safe handling of medical devices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
