Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with healthcare team members, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have completed a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
Additional Details: Responsible for ensuring high-quality patient and family experiences, promoting safety, and maintaining compliance with policies. The role involves working 7p-7:30a shifts, including every other weekend and holiday.
