Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate patient care in a newly renovated unit focused on Palliative, Hospice, and Medical Surgical patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and executing nursing activities to meet patient and family needs
- Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics
- Formulating and coordinating individualized care plans, including education and discharge planning
- Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care accordingly
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs
- Troubleshooting equipment and participating in evidence-based practice decisions
- Engaging in quality and safety initiatives and promoting a positive patient experience
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to safety and excellence.
Key Duties: Delivering holistic patient care in a calm, supportive environment, ensuring safety, and contributing to unit and organizational goals. Active participation in safety, quality improvement, and professional development activities is expected.
