Job Summary
Responsible for planning and implementing speech therapy treatment programs across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in accordance with established practices. Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver patient care.
Qualifications
- Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience
- Preferred: One year of Speech Therapy experience
- Preferred: One year of Home Health experience
- Certification/Licensure
- Speech-Language Pathology License valid in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (must obtain within 90 days of start)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
Key duties include developing tailored treatment plans and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient communication needs across diverse settings and age groups.
