Role Overview: This position involves supporting patient care in a healthcare setting by preparing exam rooms, assisting with clinical procedures such as ECGs and specimen collection, and ensuring a safe, organized environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support efficient patient flow, document medical information, communicate effectively with patients and care teams, participate in team meetings, and follow office protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Current Medical Assistant certification or ability to obtain within 6 months, CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association, basic computer proficiency for documentation, and strong interpersonal, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
