Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Clinical Leadership and Resident Safety

As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you will serve as the highest-level clinical authority overnight, ensuring resident safety and supervising care teams. Your key responsibilities include

  • Monitoring resident health and responding to condition changes
  • Evaluating and documenting falls, incidents, and emergencies
  • Supervising caregivers and medication staff
  • Managing shift assignments and staffing gaps
  • Overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts
  • Transcribing physician orders and updating Service Plans
  • Ensuring documentation compliance with regulatory standards
  • Serving as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings
  • Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills

The role requires independent clinical judgment combined with shift-level leadership to maintain high-quality care and resident safety during overnight operations.
