Role Overview

The position involves administering medications and treatments to residents in a senior living setting, ensuring safety, accuracy, and dignity. Responsibilities include following physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting accurately in MAR/TAR, observing residents during and after medication passes, monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns, completing narcotic counts, and maintaining clean medication areas.

Key Duties include preventing medication errors, early identification of health changes, and ensuring regulatory compliance through attention to detail and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills required are a high school diploma or GED, medication administration certification, CPR and First Aid certification, and strong documentation and communication abilities. Prior experience in senior care is preferred.
