Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence

The Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence plays a key role in transaction advisory engagements, supporting buy-side and sell-side processes.
Responsibilities include providing financial and commercial due diligence, assisting with IPOs, carve-outs, restructuring, and related services for clients such as private equity firms and large corporations.
The role involves analyzing company data to identify financial trends, earnings quality, risks, and valuation considerations, as well as creating tailored reports on key issues like normalized earnings, debt analysis, and financial statements.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in accounting, advisory, or transaction services within a top public accounting firm.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) and expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, or M&A.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
The role requires willingness to travel and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
