This role is a Manager, Cloud – GCP within a consulting practice focused on leveraging emerging technologies such as Cloud, AI, ML, IoT, 5G, and quantum computing to solve complex business challenges.
- Responsibilities include: leading GCP infrastructure design and implementation using Terraform, managing secure hybrid cloud integrations, building scalable data platforms with services like BigQuery and Dataflow, supporting Generative AI initiatives with Vertex AI, implementing security and compliance policies, developing automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring platform reliability through monitoring and logging.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster continuous learning and operational excellence.
Qualifications: minimum five years of GCP or equivalent cloud experience, a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, scripting, networking, security, and container technologies such as Kubernetes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
