Role Overview: This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security and governance solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, test, and deploy identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
- Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Support AI-driven identity governance capabilities, including automation, insights, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor team members and support identity governance transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience leading technical workstreams, providing client solutions, and supporting transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
- Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging security technologies.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently, support client interactions, and travel as needed. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
