We are seeking a Technical Director – Accounting Advisory Services to lead and deliver expert accounting advisory assistance on transactions involving consolidation, stock compensation, leasing, and related topics.
Responsibilities include
- Providing client-focused technical accounting guidance
- Leading education and development of a team from associates to managers
- Partnering on mergers, acquisitions, sell-side, and capital market transactions
- Supporting audit teams with technical review of transactions
- Building long-term relationships with clients and key executives
- Upholding professionalism and integrity within the work environment
Qualifications required include
- Minimum eight years of experience in public accounting, advisory, or corporate finance
- Bachelor’s degree and CPA or equivalent license
- Strong expertise in consolidation (including VIE evaluations), stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS
- Ability to connect with senior executives and lead diverse teams
- Willingness to travel and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
