Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you’ll work in a collaborative environment to provide top-tier customer service and perform vehicle preventative maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required; comprehensive training will teach you to perform oil changes, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, and conduct an 18-point maintenance check.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain vehicle safety and performance through routine services
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow safety procedures and operational instructions
- Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, standing for hours, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-focused approach
- Schedule flexibility and availability for weekends
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and digital training materials
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Physical ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head
