Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you’ll work in a collaborative environment to provide vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. No prior automotive experience is needed, as comprehensive training will teach you skills such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, light and wiper inspections, and performing an 18-point maintenance check.
Responsibilities include: Delivering top-tier customer service, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting team success. You will stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled setting, with an emphasis on safety and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to safety, and fluency in English. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, is preferred. Must be able to read and understand training materials and work effectively with your hands.
