Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering complex, professional services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care and support within team environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma required; advanced degrees in social work preferred (Master’s in Social Work).
- Experience: At least 2 years in social work services, counseling, or related fields.
- Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required; Basic Life Support (BLS) and SAFE Approach Level III certifications also required within specified timeframes.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be current in Texas licensing and certifications.
