Role Overview: This position involves coordinating and delivering Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services. The role includes developing, supervising, and ensuring quality clinical care across inpatient and outpatient settings, aligned with departmental objectives.

- Assist in discharge planning, selecting adaptive equipment, and promoting evidence-based practices.
- Manage therapy services logistics, staffing, budgeting, and meet productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Master’s in Occupational Therapy preferred.
- Licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist required.
- Experience: Five years preferred, with a strong emphasis on clinical expertise.
