Role Overview: The Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to MAP guidelines, dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct multi-point inspections, perform repairs accurately, explain technical issues to customers and staff, recommend necessary services, and maintain safety procedures. Ensure all certifications are current and document all work appropriately.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one unexpired ASE or similar certification/experience preferred, valid driver’s license, ability to work five days a week, and at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience.
