Role Overview:
The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in MRI, on adult and pediatric patients to aid diagnosis and treatment. This PRN position involves preparing patients and equipment, and independently conducting studies, including on-call and portable exams. The role requires delivering high-quality, timely imaging services with a compassionate approach.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Trade School education
- No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Licenses including IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
- CPR and IV therapy certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
- Perform studies independently, in on-call situations, and portable exams
