Role Overview: As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, fostering a respectful and safe environment. Your duties include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans, and documenting any changes. You will promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence while engaging them through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences tailored for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
