As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

Your role involves following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

You will engage residents through meaningful conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is key.

Key qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
