Reminiscence Coordinator

The Reminiscence Coordinator leads the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia receive compassionate, individualized care and engaging activities.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations in compliance with regulations and company standards, supporting families through meetings and education, and developing dementia-appropriate programming to promote purposeful days.

The role involves collaborating with clinical leadership to meet care needs, monitoring quality indicators such as behaviors and medication management, and overseeing staffing, training, and performance management.

Additional duties include managing the department budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting a strong, trained team dedicated to resident-centered care.

Qualifications include experience in memory care or dementia care, strong leadership skills, and a compassionate approach. Skills required are excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
