Role Overview

The caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering independence, safety, and dignity. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Key Duties:
