Role Overview

The position involves administering medications and treatments to residents in a senior living environment, ensuring safety, accuracy, and dignity. Responsibilities include following physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting accurately in MAR/TAR, and monitoring residents during and after medication passes.

Key duties also encompass observing residents for health changes, reporting concerns promptly, completing narcotic counts, maintaining clean medication carts, and following infection control and safety standards. The role is vital in preventing medication errors, early health issue detection, and resident safety through precise attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• Medication Administration certification
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred: Senior care experience
