Operator – Packaging Machine – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview: This position supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, focusing on preparing materials, operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include: verifying and preparing materials, setting up and changing over packaging machines following SOPs, operating equipment with troubleshooting, and collaborating with maintenance when needed.

Ensuring packaging meets specifications, maintaining cleanliness, and understanding batch records using basic math skills.

Engaging in technical, safety, and compliance training, adhering to cGMPs and safety regulations.

Participating in continuous improvement activities and working as part of a team to achieve quality and production goals.

Performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience. Skills needed include strong reading, writing, basic math, interpersonal, organizational, judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work overtime when required.
