Store Manager – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, merchandising, inventory, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functions and optimal sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Oversee store opening and closing, staffing levels, and safety protocols.

Analyze financial statements to identify business trends and control expenses.

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandise presentation according to company standards.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security; ensure proper cash handling and security procedures.

Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.

Ensure compliance with policies, complete documentation accurately, and support staff development.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and interpret operational documents.
Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on location.

Physical & Work Environment:
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds; occasional climbing and driving are required. The environment is fast-paced with moderate noise, and may include exposure to outside weather.
