Registered Nurse – Graduate

Role Overview: This position is for a Graduate Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical and emotional needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), compassionate care approach, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in diverse clinical units such as acute care, oncology, cardiac, emergency, NICU, and more.

Training & Development: Participation in a Nurse Residency Program, with dedicated mentorship, education, and professional growth opportunities. Temporary Practice Permit options available before NCLEX licensing.
