Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice and safety initiatives, and ensure a positive patient and family experience.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Exhibit compassionate care, strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to policies. Ability to handle complex clinical tasks and participate in quality improvement activities.
Key Duties: Perform assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, educate patients and families, manage treatments and diagnostic procedures, revise care plans based on responses, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to unit and organizational goals.
