Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; deliver direct patient care such as treatments and medications; coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts; educate patients and families; monitor and revise care plans based on patient responses; troubleshoot equipment; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and contribute to unit decision-making.
