Role: Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with nursing standards, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and evaluate nursing interventions’ effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity and needs.
- Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and engage in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Participate in quality and safety programs, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive clinical environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program; experienced RNs and new graduates eligible.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and professional growth.
