Role Overview: Responsible for delivering comprehensive inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Formulate, coordinate, and implement care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Provide direct care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participate in decision-making, safety protocols, quality improvement, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
