Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care on a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit, promoting safety and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develop and implement individualized care plans; deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; troubleshoot equipment issues; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and support unit and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty program; meet licensing requirements; demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills; and exhibit a commitment to safety and quality care.
