Role Overview: The Clinic Nurse provides primary clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Assist with minor surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, collect laboratory specimens, and ensure accurate documentation. Administer medications and vaccines under provider direction, maintain sterile environments, and prepare treatment rooms between patients. Communicate with patients, respond to questions, and prioritize provider needs to ensure efficient care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Ability to provide care across specific age ranges, with experience or new graduates welcome. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential.
