Role: Clinical Team Coordinator RN
Responsibilities: Supervise nursing care on assigned unit, ensure high-quality and safe patient care, provide direct patient care, mentor staff, manage staffing, conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, communicate care activities, develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, promote evidence-based practices, resolve patient concerns, document incidents, and support a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
Qualifications & Skills: Critical thinker, capable of quick decision-making, effective communicator, team player with ability to work independently, committed to patient education, and enrolled in or holding a Bachelor’s or Specialty Nursing program.
