This role offers a structured, one-year rotational experience for early-career engineers to gain broad technical knowledge, project exposure, and cross-functional relationships. Participants will work as full-time associates, contributing to meaningful projects across manufacturing, quality, design, and facilities engineering, among others. The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership presentation, and exposure to Honda’s operations, supporting career advancement and technical skill development.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in an ABET or ATMAE-accredited engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, with less than two years of experience and relevant internship or co-op experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and build relationships across functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in rotational engineering assignments
