Role Overview:
Registered Nurses provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative team environment. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, physicians, and staff, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards. Address patient and family concerns, provide education, and promote patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals. Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development activities. Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to confidentiality and safety standards. Comply with organizational policies, standards of practice, and codes of conduct.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
